How much is shipping?
  • Shipping is based off your order total and which method is selected
  • We now offer FREE in-store pickup Monday - Thursday for our local patrons (see details below)

$0.01 up to $14.99 = $6.95 for 'Economy Shipping' (5-10 days) or $11.95 for 'Expedited Shipping' (3-5 days)

$15.00 to $49.99 = $9.95 for 'Economy Shipping' (5-10 days) or $14.95 for 'Expedited Shipping' (3-5 days)

$50.00 to $99.99 = $12.95 for 'Economy Shipping' (5-10 days) or $17.95 for 'Expedited Shipping' (3-5 days)

$100.00 and up = $9.95 (add $5.00 for 'Expedited Shipping')


When will my order ship?
  • Literally as soon as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You can keep tabs on your order status by clicking the Sign in/Register link at the top right hand side of our site to login. Once your logged in, under 'My Orders' you can click Review orders/track packages link to see when you can expect it.
I'm local and selected 'In-Store Pick Up' - When can I pick up my order?
  • Hours for "In-Store Pick Up" are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm (CT) at our facility located at 1115 Crowley Drive, Carrollton, TX 75006. Please note that when Squadron is closed for holidays, no order pick-ups can take place. Please call 1-877-414-0434 to check if we are open before coming here on a holiday.
  • Orders placed Monday - Friday can be picked up the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be available by 8 am the following Tuesday. Please note that your order will be held for 7 business days unless you have made other arrangements via customer service.
  • If there is any doubt on when your order will be available for pick up, or if you would like to let us know an exact time that you plan to arrive for pick up, please call us at 1-877-414-0434 between 8 AM & 6 PM.
  • Please note that 'In Store Pick Up' is for orders already placed by customers via our website or via phone order. We are a pick and pack warehouse operation and are not currently set up for retail shopping. In-store shopping is not allowed.
I received the wrong product
  • If you feel you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.(877-414-0434)
What is your return policy?
  • We will accept return of any product purchased from Squadron that you are not satisfied with within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice and sent to the attention of: Squadron Mail Order (attention Returns Dept.), 1115 Crowley Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006. We do ask that you return it via Parcel Post through the United States Postal Service if possible.
  • All returned items must be returned in saleable condition (to be determined by Squadron).
  • Returns outside of the 30 day policy must have a Return Authorization number provided by Customer Service (877-414-0434) marked on the outside of the package and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
