YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL

DOMESTIC RETURNS:
- GUARANTEE POLICY: Our guarantee is simple. We will accept return of any product purchased from Squadron that you are not satisfied with, within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice received with your order and sent to the attention of SQUADRON MAIL ORDER: RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 1115 CROWLEY DRIVE, CARROLLTON, TX 75006.
- All returned items must be returned in saleable condition (to be determined by Squadron).
- Only items returned to Squadron because of our error and within 30 days will be credited to your credit card. If the return is because of our mistake, we will also credit return postage-but not the original postage that accompanied the order. We do ask that you return it via Parcel Post through the United States Postal Service.
- Other returns will be credited to your customer account; we will not refund to your credit card or issue a check.

DEFECTIVE PARTS (Domestic Only):
- When a part is missing or damaged, please do not return the entire kit. Simply notify us and identify (by part number and description) and we will replace the part (unless otherwise specified). Please include the invoice number of the purchase.
- Please be advised that occasionally some items may have minor defects that are cosmetic only and have no bearing on the ability to read the magazine or book, or to build a kit. While we understand that some customers are seeking items in “Mint Condition” Squadron does not represent in any manner that items are in perfect condition with no minor defects. Should you be seeking items in mint condition, physical hobby shops may be a better option.

CREDIT:
- Please note that due to the ever increasing costs of processing mail, for amounts under $10.00 we credit your account. Of course we will issue a refund check for any amount upon your request. Please remember to request to use your credit on your next order.

REFUNDS:
- Items with minor blemishes are generally not considered defective items. If a returned item is deemed to be in “sellable” condition by Squadron, you will be given credit for the returned merchandise, but not for the original or return postage.

CREDIT CARDS:
- Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped, however, an authorization is obtained when the order is placed which does result in a temporary hold for the order amount. Depending on your bank, most authorizations are released within 2-5 days. Squadron has no control regarding the release of authorizations.

BACKORDERS:
- If one of your items is unavailable at the time you place your order, we will not backorder without customer consent. Anytime you wish to place an item on backorder, please contact Squadron and we will generate a backorder for the item. Only 1 item per backorder unless multiple items are from the same manufacturer. We will ship the item(s) as soon as they arrive and standard shipping rates will apply for each separate backorder when the item is shipped out. As backorders are received, your order will be shipped, and at that time, will incur the minimum applicable shipping fee. Multiple backordered items may be shipped singly or in groups, depending on availability. As each backordered item will be placed on a separate order, we cannot guarantee that we can catch multiple backorders in time in order to combine and consolidate shipping charges, but we will try. Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
- Estimated arrival times for backordered items are typically not known and generally vary with manufacturers. Many factors, including port and weather delays can further delay the receipt of these items. Squadron has no control over arrival dates. We respectfully ask that you let the process run its course rather than repeatedly call for the status-of which we most likely will not know. If we find out we will not be receiving the backordered item(s), we will give you a courtesy call. Thank you for your cooperation.

PRESELLS:
- Squadron is proud to announce that we are bringing back "PRESELL" items. Starting December 1, 2010, we will be selecting special items not yet released, then offer additional discounts off of MSRP. Anytime you wish to place an item on preorder, standard shipping rates will apply when the item is shipped out. WEB ORDER ONLY - "PRESELL" items can be placed on the same order with "IN STOCK" items, however they will not contribute to the postage cost in this scenario, as "PRESELL" items will incur separate shipping costs. Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.

SOURCE/COUPON CODES:
- As mentioned, the website prices reflect the current month’s flyer price. However, customers are able to order early from next month’s flyer by: (1.) Searching for the items you want and add them to the cart. (2.) Go to “View Cart” and enter the source code in the yellow box on the back of your flyer. (3.) Click “Update Cart” and all of the applicable line item pricing will be updated.
- One Coupon/Source Code per Order. Coupon/Source Codes cannot be combined.

USA-APO-FPO SHIPPING:

Effective November 1, 2011, all USA orders will receive the industry standard level of rapid, reliable delivery (no more SmartPost – just good old FedEx ground service or equivalent)
regardless of the size or weight of your package – there are just 3 rates based on your total order. As a result, your shipment will reach you quicker, via a single carrier for a cost that is competitive and representative of the value of service you will receive.
$00.01 - $19.99 = $4.95 -- ($6.95 if the destination is a PO Box)
$20.00 - $149.99 = $9.95 -- ($11.95 if the destination is a PO Box)
$150.00 and up = Free

Depending upon your location, your order will typically reach you in 1 to 4 shipping days (within the 48 contiguous states). It’s that simple and it’s that good! As of now you get our former
‘Premium’ processing at lower than premium rates – automatically – simple, fast and affordable.

CANADA/FOREIGN - AIRMAIL: (Actual Shipping Charge)
- As of January 22, 2012, the USPS made certain procedural changes mandatory that are incompatible with our current shipping system hardware. The required changes are out of Squadron’s control and are unfortunately exorbitant. Until further notice, we will ship all international packages (INCLUDING CANADIAN) via ‘FedEx International Economy’ (even though confirmations will show FedEx 2nd day-they will not be sent via this method). We do not know what international postage will be up front as the package first has to be picked, packed, valued, size dimensioned, and then weighed at the shipping station as well as being matched up with your country code.
- Freight charges for International customers will be adjusted and applied when the order is shipped and Squadron does not assume the responsibility for any duties or tax charges that may be applicable.
- We do apologize for any inconvenience that the USPS mandatory changes have caused. Please be advised that Squadron is diligently looking for cost effective solutions that meet our customer’s needs.
- Due to Federal Shipping Restrictions: Some paints/putties/solvents that are deemed as “Hazardous Materials” cannot be shipped via Airmail. Orders placed containing such items will be removed without notice and the order total will be adjusted accordingly.
- Your check or Money Order must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. funds.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PARTS/ITEMS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
- Squadron will no longer be able to send defective or missing parts. If you are missing parts or have defective parts, you should contact the manufacturer of the kit for replacements.
- If something is missing from your order, please advise us and if applicable, we will reimburse your credit card if you ordered with a credit card, or issue a Squadron credit for the missing item if you used a check or Money Order.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS:
- If an international order is returned to Squadron as “Unclaimed” we will return the merchandise to stock and issue a credit for the original merchandise total. We will not issue a credit for the shipping charge. Unclaimed orders are not the responsibility of Squadron, however Squadron will still be charged for the return freight when an unclaimed package is mailed back to us through no fault of our own. If we notice a repeated reoccurrence of unclaimed packages for the same address/customer, it is up to our discretion as to whether we will continue to ship to that address/customer on a go-forward since we get charged for return freight.

COMBINING or ADDING TO ORDERS:
- Squadron will attempt to combine or add to orders if requested. However, once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee that we can catch the order in time. If the original order has already been picked, packed, and placed on the outbound trailer for pickup, we will be unable to combine orders.

- Our internet server is secure. All orders are encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone but us.
